Trustdock

Introduction

Trustdock is a leading Japanese fintech provider of holistic e-KYC solutions. The company platform is engineered to meet stringent requirements for security, compliance, customer experience, and scale, and its e-KYC products are customisable to address specific KYC and CDD needs across regulated sectors.

Target Audiences

Trustdock's buyers are ASEAN-based companies subject to KYC regulation — principally providers of financial services, healthcare, and ecommerce.

Unique Value Proposition

Trustdock offers comprehensive, legally compliant, turnkey KYC solutions, which allow client companies to stay focused on their own value proposition rather than on the ongoing cost of keeping up with KYC regulatory change. The company's position as the Japanese market leader in this category is direct evidence of its ability to deliver quality solutions reliably, and at scale.

The Project — Scope of Work

Trustdock had an established Japanese-language web presence but no international website to support ASEAN expansion. VIMI was engaged to build the global website. Project goals included:

• Web design that reflects the brand's values faithfully.
• Establishing the company as a regional leader in e-KYC and a trustworthy partner for potential clients.
• Serving as a point of contact for inquiries from potential partners and stakeholders in Thailand and ASEAN.
