evRiderz is a company focused on developing electric vehicle solutions for personal transportation and last mile logistics, with the hope of creating a more environmentally sound and sustainable future. The company was founded in Bangkok, and is registered in London.
Since its establishment, evRiderz has been developing zero-emission vehicles based on the battery swap principle. The company’s mission is to provide customers with affordable and efficient vehicle-solutions that substitute the contamination and hassle of petroleum-powered transportation.

The Project - Scope of Work
Vimi was engaged by evRiderz to build the app and web components of their ride-hailing and battery-swap solutions. The scope of work included native apps for Android and iOS, as well as the backend admin panel, APIs, and databases that support their operation.
To support the time-to-market the evRiderz team required, the solution was first rolled out utilizing Vimi’s proprietary VIMI.ride mobility-as-a-service platform, and was then rebuilt from scratch to match evRiderz specs.
The outcome
The evRiderz platform was launched in Bangkok in 2020, and has since expanded to South Africa.
