Fees.love is an online pricing tool that helps independent professionals and small service businesses calculate how much to charge for their time and services.
Target Audiences
Fees.love is aimed at knowledge workers, consultants, and operators of small and medium service businesses who need a structured way to arrive at defensible hourly and project rates. The tool addresses a common commercial problem: under-pricing caused by informal rate-setting rather than cost-based analysis.
Unique Value Proposition
Fees.love guides users through the inputs that should drive a professional services rate — target income, billable hours, overhead, and margin — and returns a calculated rate that can be defended in client conversations. It converts intuition into a repeatable calculation.
The Project — Scope of Work
VIMI handled the full product lifecycle in-house, including concept development, interface prototyping, visual design, front-end and back-end development, user testing, and quality assurance. The UX and UI was informed by VIMI’s practical experience in behavioural and conversion-focused design.
