Introduction

True Premium was a concept for an ecommerce brand developed by True Shopping, part of the True Corporation group, one of Thailand’s largest listed telecommunications and retail conglomerates. The concept targeted an online premium outlet experience, offering discounted pricing on premium fashion, cosmetics, consumer electronics, and sporting goods.

Target Audiences

The intended audience was an identified subset of True Shopping’s existing customer base with demonstrated interest in premium categories, and with a willingness to purchase those categories online when meaningful discounts were available.

Unique Value Proposition

True Premium was positioned to bring the physical outlet-shopping experience online, combining recognised premium brands with outlet-level pricing in a dedicated channel separate from True Shopping’s mainline retail proposition.

The Project — Scope of Work

True Shopping engaged VIMI to develop concept UX and UI designs for the True Premium ecommerce platform. The scope covered the core browsing, product detail, and checkout experiences, and visual direction aligned to the proposed premium-outlet positioning.
