Spartilas Villa

  • Website Development

Introduction

Spartilas Villas is a luxury holiday rental property on the Greek island of Corfu. The property is positioned around a deliberate design principle of allowing full physical accessibility for guests with mobility needs, delivered without compromise to the design quality of the spaces themselves.

Target Audiences

Spartilas Villas serves international travellers booking high-end accommodation in Greece. The property’s accessibility positioning gives it particular relevance to two underserved segments: multi-generational families with senior or wheelchair-using members, and travellers with physical mobility needs who are typically forced to choose between accessibility and luxury.

Unique Value Proposition

Most accessible accommodation is functional rather than aspirational, and most luxury villa accommodation makes no provision for mobility needs. Spartilas Villas delivers both at once, alongside a private pool, sea views, and uncompromising design quality.

The Project — Scope of Work

VIMI was engaged to design and develop the Spartilas Villas booking website. The scope covered:

  • UX and UI design that presents the property’s luxury credentials and its accessibility credentials with equal weight, so that neither audience feels the property is positioned at the other’s expense.
  • Photography direction and content development covering both villas individually and the combined estate.
  • Booking inquiry workflow and direct callback request functionality.
  • A Corfu travel and attractions section to support guest pre-trip planning and lengthen on-site engagement.
