Introduction

b2blead.ai is an internally developed CRM and AI website assistant created by VIMI. It grew from more than 15 years of working with B2B brands and seeing where buyer questions, lead capture and sales follow-up break down.

The UX/UI connects two sides of the same sales process: helping buyers get answers and make contact, and helping the team manage the opportunity that follows.

Target Audiences

The product is built for B2B organizations with tens to hundreds of employees and annual revenues in the tens to hundreds of millions of US dollars. Its users include buyers researching a supplier, salespeople handling inquiries, and commercial and marketing leaders overseeing the pipeline. Each needs relevant information and a clear next action, without unnecessary administration.

Unique Value Proposition

The chat widget and CRM form one connected experience. Buyers can ask a question and request a conversation. The team can review the inquiry, manage contacts and deals, and see sales and marketing activity in the dashboard.

The design gives each task its own space while keeping navigation, controls and visual cues consistent across the product.

The Project — Scope of Work

VIMI designed both the customer-facing experience and the CRM workspace:

• UX/UI design of the buyer-facing chat widget, from opening prompts and answers to contact forms and confirmation states.
• CRM interface design for contacts, companies, deals and sales records.
• Dashboard design for sales funnels, salesperson performance, lead sources and website engagement.
• Search, filtering, record detail and follow-up workflows.
• A shared interface system covering navigation, typography, colour, controls and interaction states.
