Alcami

Introduction

Alcami is a Thai-owned precision plastic and metal manufacturer, founded in 2001, with six operating companies across four facilities in Thailand and the Philippines. The group produces precision parts for the electronics, computing, communications, healthcare, automotive, and food and beverage industries.

Target Audiences

Alcami's customers are engineering-led OEMs and brand owners who need a subcontract manufacturer capable of handling above-ordinary engineering complexity at cost-effective pricing. Typical buyers are procurement and engineering managers responsible for supply continuity and unit-cost discipline.

Unique Value Proposition

Alcami operates multiple production technologies under one group, combined with downstream processes including DI washing, cleanroom packing, sealing, CNC milling, and 3D and conventional cutting. The vertically integrated model enables the company to manage every stage of a part's production and the associated logistics, which reduces supply-chain risk for the customer.

The Project — Scope of Work

Alcami engaged VIMI across website and digital marketing. VIMI's scope has covered:

• Design and development of the Alcami website.
• Copywriting and blog content.
• Search engine optimisation.
• Lead sourcing.
• Email marketing content and campaign management.
• Ongoing hosting, website updates, and maintenance.

The Outcome

Alcami retains VIMI as their marketing partner on an ongoing basis.
