Introduction

Intercontinental Jewellery Manufacturing Public Company Limited (IJM) is a Thailand-based jewellery manufacturer and exporter, founded in 1994. The group operates a Board of Investment-promoted factory in the Amata City Duty Free Zone in Chonburi, producing gold, silver, brass, and gem-set jewellery for global brand owners under OEM and contract-manufacturing arrangements. IJM is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (No. 00007085) and holds ISO 9001, SEDEX SMETA, and C-TPAT certifications.

Target Audiences

IJM’s customers are international jewellery brand owners, retailers, and wholesalers placing OEM orders. Decisions are made by senior procurement, product, and brand leadership. These buyers are evaluating IJM against an established field of Asian manufacturing alternatives, and require credible evidence of certifications, capacity, intellectual property protection, and supply-chain governance before engaging.

IJM combines mass-market scale — operating at 80,000 to 250,000 pieces per month — with the technology base required for above-ordinary engineering ingenuity, including robotic setting, continuous casting, mass finishing, and 3D printing. The Project — Scope of Work

VIMI was engaged to design and deliver IJM’s corporate website. The scope covered:

  • UX and UI design suitable for senior B2B buyers evaluating IJM alongside other shortlisted manufacturers.
  • Development on a content management platform that allows IJM’s in-house team to update product imagery, certifications, and technical content independently.
  • Integration of b2blead.ai for inquiry capture.
